Each team will use the information collected on vision and where they are today, to design their plan. In the left column, put where your students, teachers and the curriculum are today. In the right column, put where you want to be for students, teachers and the curriculum. In the two boxes at the bottom, fill in the obstacles and challenges you have identified. If you have any opportunities that will make your plan work more effectively, list those somewhere on the page.

Now start in the middle column with your first steps to get there.
