This model works for all learners, but
especially adults. Adults come to every learning session with
pre-conceived conceptions on what they know and what they don't
know. If adults have an opportunity for hands-on experiences and
actually do something, they will remember 90% of what they did and
probably use what they learned.
The verbs on the right can be used when you
define the outcomes; for example:
participants will design a project that involves their
curriculum.
